Beginning in 1972 and throughout his life as a photographer, Fernando found the Paracas coastal desert to be a place suited to the aperture of his lens. This image was taken on the dock outside the Hotel Paracas during his last visit in 2012. In 2018, as per his wishes, his ashes were scattered at Paracas.
