Fernando La Rosa, c.1970, Bolicheros Banchero
In the early 1970's, Fernando and photographer Billy Hare joined together in a commercial photography business, La Rosa/Hare. This photograph was take by Hare during their job photographing the Banchero anchovy fishing fleet off the coast of Peru.
